Defining a User Incentives and Rewards for this Plan
Here is where you can setup different incentives and rewards to motivate users to increase performances, such as recruit and sales.
Requirements to reduce membership fee:
Incentive to recruit more users for the user membership fee be reduced or not pay at all for membership.
How to setup this option:
Recruit Point: Type in the amount of users to recruit to qualify (e.g. 10).
Qualified Plan: Select qualified plan, which means only users in the selected plan will be counted toward qualifying the users for the incentive.
Reduce membership fee to: Type in the amount to reduce membership to, if it set to 0.00 or left blank, when a user is qualified, the user will not be required to pay membership fee for the next billing period.
Note:
The qualification is checked for each billing period, and if the user do not meet the qualification before the next billing period, then the user will be required to make payment.
This feature do not apply to IPN payment gateway such as PayPal, Stormpay and INTGold, if IPN is enabled.
Sign-up Bonus:
This incentive is used to give cash bonus to users for personally signing up a user. This is not the same as Fast Start Bonus, it's only given to the user that referred the new user regardless of Fast Start Bonus setting.
How to setup this option:
Bonus Amount: Type in the amount to give as a cash reward to users (e.g. 10.00).
Requirements for Cash Bonus: This incentive reward can be used to reward cash bonus to users for recruitment and/or sales.
Note: Sales volume need to only be setup if you are using a shopping cart to sell products (e.g. PlexCart) or other shopping cart integrated to Plexum.
How to setup this option:
Reward Amount: Type in the amount to reward qualified users (e.g. 10.00).
Sales Volume: Type in the sales volume to qualify users (e.g. 500.00) and select Personal or Group sales, Personal sales are sales referred by user and Group sales are sales referred by user and the downline users.
Recruit Volume: Type in the recruit volume to qualify users (e.g. 10) and select Personal or Group recruits, Personal recruits are users referred by the user and Group recruits are users referred by the user and the downline users.
Qualified Plan: Select qualified plan, which means only users in the selected plan will be counted toward qualifying the users for the reward, Recruit Volume, and Sales Volume if Group is selected.
Reward Per Instances: Select Yes or No. If Yes is selected, reward will be given per instance of qualification (e.g. if Sales volume is set to $500.00, and the user personal or group (based on the option selected) referred sales is $1500.00, the user will be given times 3 of defind reward amount), the same scenario apply to Recruitments. If No is selected, only one instance of the reward is given even if the sales or recruit is ten times more than what is required.
Based on Genealogy: Select which genealogy structure to base the qualification calculations on (Forced Matrix or Uni-Level). Note: this option will only appear if Dual Genealogy module is installed.
Require Both Sales & Recruit: Select Yes or No. If Yes is selected, both Sales and Recruit requirement must be met before the users are qualified for rewards and if No, any of the two that users qualified on will reward users.
Within: Type in amount of days qualifications will be based on (e.g. 30), within the 30 days period, qualifications will be checked and rewards will be given and anything before or after the qualification period, will not apply. If the value is left blank or set to 0, days restriction will not be used.
New Start Date: Type in a date to start date (e.g. yyyy-mm-dd), this will be the day where Plexum will start the qualification and this date can be back dated. If left blank today's date will applied.
Requirements to upgrade by volume:
This incentive upgrade can be used to upgrade users from one plan to another based on recruitment and/or sales qualifications.
Note: Sales volume need to only be setup if you are using a shopping cart to sell products (e.g. PlexCart) or other shopping cart integrated to Plexum.
How to setup this option:
Personal Purchase Volume: Type in the amount personal purchases that users must make to qualify for upgrade (e.g. 80.00). Note: this option is only compartiable with PlexCart X5.
Sales Volume: Type in the sales volume to qualify users (e.g. 500.00) and select Personal or Group sales, Personal sales are sales referred by user and Group sales are sales referred by user and the downline users.
Recruit Volume: Type in the recruit volume to qualify users (e.g. 10) and select Personal or Group recruits, Personal recruits are users referred by the user and Group recruits are users referred by the user and the downline users.
Qualified Plan: Select qualified plan, which means only users in the selected plan will be counted toward qualifying the users for the upgrade, Recruit Volume, and Sales Volume if Group is selected.
Include Upgraded Users: Select Yes or No. If Yes is selected, users that upgraded from one plan to another either paid, manually or automatically upgraded, they will be counted as a new recruits for upgrade qualification for the referral. If No is selected, upgraded users will not be considard.
Require Both Sales & Recruit: Select Yes or No. If Yes is selected, both Sales and Recruit requirement must be met before the users are qualified for upgrade and if No, any of the two that users qualified on will upgrade users.
Force Downgrade: Select Yes to automatically downgrade users that do not retain requirement set to the next lower plan. This means users must always have the specified requirement to retian the plan they are on, or else will be downgraded.
Within: Type in the amount of days qualifications will be based on (e.g. 30), within the 30 days period, qualifications will be checked and upgrade will be determinded and anything before or after the qualification period, will not apply. If the value is left blank or set to 0, days restriction will not be used.

Requirements to upgrade/downgrade by campaign letter completion:
This feature is used in conjuction with Smart Campaign Module, whereby if on the plan preferences a campaign is enabled to automatically subscribe users to, and after the users received all the letters in the campaign, the user will automatically be upgraded to the plan specified. The most important thing about this is you can use it to trian users and after they have received all the letters, they will then be upgrade to a plan where they can now be using the knowlege to recruit and make sales.
Note: Smart Campaign Module is needed to use this feature.
How to setup this option:
Enable Upgrade: Select Yes to enabled this feature.
Upgrade/Downgrade to: Select which plan to upgrade users to after letter completion.
NOTE:
When you initially setup the Incentive and Reward program; you have the option to delay the start of certain rewards and determine how much time (Within setting) to allow User to achieve the qualification. The Within setting determines the Cutoff Date.
When the Within (time period) is set, a Cutoff Date is posted; when the time expires the qualification period resets.
Example: If you set Within to 30 days; User 30 days to meet the set requirements to receive the incentive or reward. The Start Date and Cutoff Date will reset the qualification period every 30 days. Although the qualification time is reset; Partial achieved qualifications will also be reset to zero at the start of each period.
