Financial & Plan Manager :: Preferences

 

Financial & Plan Module must be setup before adding or making any plan configurations, see below for instruction on how to successfully setup the preferences.

 

 

Currency Prefix: - Enter the preferred currency symbol.

 

Allow Billing Method Changes - Select YES to allow user to change their billing method. Select NO to disable this selection option.

 

 

Payout Type - Set payout preferences for User's compensation;

 

Select Request Only to require User to request for their commission to be paid next time Payouts are processed. If User did not request for their commission it will remain in their Pending Payout Account.

 

Select Standard Only to automatically pay all Users their commissions.

 

Both: select if you want to incorporate both funds withdrawal type.

Commission payout can be generated at time desired, daily, weekly,  monthly, etc...

 

Deposit Compensation - Set the frequency to deposit compensation into User's Pending Payout Account.

 

Minimum Payout - Enter the amount of minimum compensation required for User to receive their commission. Pending compensation will accumulate until minimum in reached.

 

 

[ Only available when the Financial & Plan Module is installed. ] In this area you may define a fee to pass miscellaneous administrative and accounting cost to your Users. You will need to enable fee for each User Plan - See Plan Preferences.

 

Amount - Enter the amount which will be charged to the User and select frequency of billing from Drop Selection Menu.

 

Apply Charges Immediately - Select YES to apply fee immediately. Select NO to begin charging fee at the next billing recycle.

 

Enable Fee Accumulation - Select YES to accumulate fee. Select NO to abandon previously unpaid fee and only charge fee due at current billing recycle.

 

 

Optional Cool-off period preference can be applied on one or more compensation types. When set compensation will not be processed for payout until the end of the set cool-off time.

 

 

This plan type allow Users to refer potential Users (affiliates) to the system without adding them to the genealogy . Pre-enrollees are added to a holding bin until they register. Once registered the pre-enrollee will be removed from the Pre-enrollment Plan type.

 

Enable Pre-enrollment Plan - Select YES to enable Pre-enrollment plan type. Select NO to disable.

 

Show Name to Sponsor - Select YES to show pre-enrollees to sponsor . Select NO to hide pre-enrollees.

 

Show Name to Users - Select Yes to show pre-enrollees to all Users. Select NO to hide pre-enrollees.

 

 

Notify Account Holder by Email After - Enter the number of hours to contact potential user by E-mail if sign-up failed for one reason or another.  In-Session notification letter can be customize in the E-mail Template Manager.

 

Delete Account After - Enter the number of days to delete In-session Accounts.  If user does not successful activate their account within the specified grace-period account will be deleted.

 

 

Plan Downgrade Option

 

Enable Plan Downgrade - Select YES to allow Users to downgrade their plan. Select NO to hide downgrade option.

 

Plan Upgrade Option

 

Subtract Previous Fee - Select YES to prorate lower plan payment into the price of the upgraded plan. Select NO to disable proration.

 

Calculate Bonus - Select YES to calculate sponsor bonus for plan upgrade. Select NO to disable bonus calculation.

 

Benefit Description URL - Enter URL of Web page which display the Feature and Benefits of upgrading.

 

 

Notify Before Billing Due Date - Enter the number of days to send an advance billing notification to Users.

 

Retry Payment - Select YES to re-attempt payment processing if payment declines. Select NO to disable.

 

Retry how many times - Enter the number of times to attempt processing of payment.

 

Retry Every - Enter the number of days for retry frequency.  

 

Suspend User Account - Select YES to suspend User account when payment fails after the final attempt. If NO is selected the system will do nothing.

 

 

Notify User - Select YES to notify User of account deletion. If NO is selected the User will not be notified.

 

Notify - Enter the number of days to send an advance notification e-mail.

 

 

Enable sales tracking - Select YES to enable external sales tracking from PlexCart or third party shopping carts. Select NO to disable.

 

Commission-able Percentage - Enter the percentage of the total reported sales amount that is commission-able. Example: If 80% is specified and a sale amount of $100 is reported. The system calculate commissions based on $80.00.

 

Automatically approve sales - Select YES to automatically approve sales for compensation payout. If NO is selected reported sales will require manual approval.

 

Reject duplicate order - Select YES to reject duplicate orders reported to the system. Select NO to accept duplicate orders.

 

Credit Users for personal purchases - Select YES
